About Us

Rosalie Woo has always had a love for children. She has worked in the daycare as an assistant director in the Early Childhood Program for the Westchester County over 12yrs. She developed lessons and prepared music courses that would promote learning. Rosalie
was also heavily involved in scouting for over 25 years; she has credentials in first aid, and a musical background that would capture any child’s attention. After so many years
of working with children, she strongly believes early childhood education is important, she has decided to open her own center. She took the necessary steps to achieve her license in group family care.

Kids are People Inc. offer a program to children that enrich children, socially, emotionally, and cognitively, by encouraging learning through play and new skills through experience and discovery in a carefully planned curriculum. Children will
discover a warm, stimulating environment that will help them succeed not only in school but later in life. The center is located in a family home in the quiet Scarsdale residential area. There is a full day and half day program that is available to help accommodate the
working family schedule.
